Deep tissue massages use firm pressure and slow stroked to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles. 

This type of specialty massage involves the use of basalt rock. The rocks are heated before use and then applied for deeper pressure to areas of concern without causing any discomfort.  Get the relaxation of a Swedish massage and the benefit of a deep tissue massage.

Swedish or Therapeutic massage with a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure the safety and comfort for both mother and baby. 

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands).  Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. The  theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs  and systems of the body. 

This type of massage targets the uppermost layer of muscles and aims to relieve muscle tension.  Very gentle and relaxing massage.

This type of massage is a mix between Deep Tissue & Swedish Massage. Mainly focuses on problem areas while receiving a soft and gentle relaxing massage.
